2 cups Broccoli Florets (chopped)
2 cups Mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup Spring Onions (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
½ cup Tomato Puree
½ cup Fresh Basil
½ tsp Dried Thyme
½ tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Red Chili Flakes
Salt to taste

Ingredients:
2 cups Noodles (preferably whole wheat) 2 cups Broccoli Florets (chopped)
2 cups Mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup Spring Onions (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
½ cup Tomato Puree
½ cup Fresh Basil
½ tsp Dried Thyme
½ tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Red Chili Flakes
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Boil water in a large pot and add noodles and salt to it. Allow it to boil and then drain it.
- Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Stir- fry garlic, spring onion, fresh basil, mushrooms and broccoli.
- Add all the seasonings and tomatoes. Simmer until heated through.
- Pour vegetable mixture over boiled noodles.
- Serve hot.
