Ingredients:
2 cups Noodles (preferably whole wheat)
2 cups Broccoli Florets (chopped)
2 cups Mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup Spring Onions (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
½ cup Tomato Puree
½ cup Fresh Basil
½ tsp Dried Thyme
½ tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Red Chili Flakes
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Boil water in a large pot and add noodles and salt to it. Allow it to boil and then drain it.
  2. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Stir- fry garlic, spring onion, fresh basil, mushrooms and broccoli.
  4. Add all the seasonings and tomatoes. Simmer until heated through.
  5. Pour vegetable mixture over boiled noodles.
  6. Serve hot.
