Broccoli and Mushroom with Toasted Garlic

1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
8 cloves Garlic (sliced)
1 tbsp extra-virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Ingredients:
500gms Broccoli Florets1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
8 cloves Garlic (sliced)
1 tbsp extra-virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
- In a nonstick frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until lightly golden. Set aside.
- Add the broccoli and mushrooms to the pan and sauté until slightly softened.
- Add salt, black pepper and the sautéed garlic.
- Drizzle with the vinegar and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
