Broccoli and Mushroom with Toasted Garlic

Ingredients:
500gms Broccoli Florets
1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
8 cloves Garlic (sliced)
1 tbsp extra-virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
  1. In a nonstick frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until lightly golden. Set aside.
  3. Add the broccoli and mushrooms to the pan and sauté until slightly softened.
  4. Add salt, black pepper and the sautéed garlic.
  5. Drizzle with the vinegar and toss well.
  6. Serve immediately.
