Cottage Cheese with Corn

Ingredients:
1-cup Cottage Cheese (cut into cubes)
2 cups Fresh or Frozen Corn
1 Green Bell Pepper (diced)
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Chili Flakes to taste
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cottage cheese and sauté until light brown. Keep aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté it.
  4. Stir in corn and bell pepper and cook for some time.
  5. Add cottage cheese, salt and chili flakes.
  6. Serve immediately.
