Cottage Cheese with Corn
No. of Servings: 2
2 cups Fresh or Frozen Corn
1 Green Bell Pepper (diced)
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Chili Flakes to taste
Ingredients:
1-cup Cottage Cheese (cut into cubes)2 cups Fresh or Frozen Corn

Salt and Chili Flakes to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cottage cheese and sauté until light brown. Keep aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté it.
- Stir in corn and bell pepper and cook for some time.
- Add cottage cheese, salt and chili flakes.
- Serve immediately.
