Coriander - Mint Chutney
This is eaten fresh with snacks.

Ingredients:
1 cup Mint Leaves
1 cup Coriander Leaves
4-5 Green Chillies
3-4 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
2 tsp Lemon Juice
A Pinch of Sugar
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Put all the ingredients in the grinder and grind into paste.
  2. If the mixture is thick, add a little water.
