Ingredients:
8-10 cloves of Garlic (peeled)
3 tbsp Sesame
1 Tomato (chopped)
10 red chillies
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a small pan.
  2. Roast garlic and Chillies in it.
  3. Cook tomato for 2 minutes in the above pan after roasting the ingredients.
  4. Place sesame, salt and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix with a spoon and gradually add water until it becomes smooth.
  5. Mix roasted garlic, chillies, tomatoes sesame paste and yogurt in the blender with small amount of water so that chutney can be a fine thick blend.
