Garlic Chutney
This goes very well with fried chicken and rice.

3 tbsp Sesame
1 Tomato (chopped)
10 red chillies
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Oil
Salt to taste

Ingredients:
8-10 cloves of Garlic (peeled)3 tbsp Sesame

Directions:
- Heat oil in a small pan.
- Roast garlic and Chillies in it.
- Cook tomato for 2 minutes in the above pan after roasting the ingredients.
- Place sesame, salt and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix with a spoon and gradually add water until it becomes smooth.
- Mix roasted garlic, chillies, tomatoes sesame paste and yogurt in the blender with small amount of water so that chutney can be a fine thick blend.
