Creamy Dip
A sweet and creamy dip. Serve with cucumber sticks, carrot sticks or wafers.
No. of Servings: 2 cups
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
2 tsp Cucumber (finely chopped)
2 tsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Ingredients:
500gms Yogurt or Curd2 tbsp Fresh Cream
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
2 tsp Cucumber (finely chopped)
2 tsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Hang the curd in muslin cloth for few hours to remove excess water.
- Take a bowl and put the curd in it.
- Mix cream, garlic, onion, cucumber, capsicum, chilies and salt and pepper together to have a creamy consistency.
- Refrigerate it to chill.
