Ingredients:
500gms Yogurt or Curd
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
2 tsp Cucumber (finely chopped)
2 tsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Hang the curd in muslin cloth for few hours to remove excess water.
  2. Take a bowl and put the curd in it.
  3. Mix cream, garlic, onion, cucumber, capsicum, chilies and salt and pepper together to have a creamy consistency.
  4. Refrigerate it to chill.
