Cucumber Dip
This is a cruncy dip and can also be used as a salad dressing.

1 cup Cucumber (unpeeled, finely chopped, well drained)
½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
½ cup Mint or Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
Salt to taste

Ingredients:
1 cup Yogurt1 cup Cucumber (unpeeled, finely chopped, well drained)
½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
½ cup Mint or Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, beat the yogurt until smooth.
- Fold in onion, garlic, mint leaves and green chilies.
- Season it with salt and pepper.
- Add cucumber and mix well.
- Chill well before serving.
- Serve with crackers, wafers or salads.
