Fig dip
Served with broiled or grilled fish, chicken, lamb.
No. of Servings: 3 cups
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 cup Mango (peeled and diced)
2 Onions (sliced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Jalapeno Peppers (seeded and minced)
2 tbsp Fresh Mint (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Limejuice
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:
2 cups Fresh Figs (stemmed and diced)2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 cup Mango (peeled and diced)
2 Onions (sliced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Jalapeno Peppers (seeded and minced)
2 tbsp Fresh Mint (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Limejuice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine figs, tomatoes, mango, green onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper, mint, limejuice, salt and pepper.
- Blend the ingredients well.
- Chill several hours to blend flavors.
