Ingredients:
2 ripe Avocado
3 tbsp Onions (minced)
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
2 Jalapeno Peppers (minced)
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Corn Tortilla Chips or Cucumber Slices
Directions:
  1. Combine onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Cut avocados lengthwise into halves; remove and discard pits. Scoop out avocado flesh. Add to the pepper mixture. Mash roughly, leaving avocado slightly chunky.
  3. Add tomato, lemon juice and salt to avocado mixture. Mix well.
  4. Refrigerate up to 4 hours.
  5. Serve with Corn Tortilla Chips, fresh vegetables or spoon onto cucumber slices.
