2 Oranges (peeled and cubed)
1 Tomato (cubed)
½ cup Red Onion (minced)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp Orange Rind (grated)
1 tsp Ginger (grated)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Combine all of the ingredients except coriander leaves in salad bowl.
  2. Place in a refrigerator until chilled.
  3. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
  4. Serve with nachos or chips.
