Chicken Foo Yung
It is a quick and easy recipe to make.

Ingredients:
1 cup Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
5 Eggs (beaten)
1 Onion (sliced)
1 cup Bean sprouts
1 cup Mushrooms (chopped)
2 Spring Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
˝ tsp Red Chili Flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Heat the oil in a wok.
  2. Stir-fry the chicken until lightly brown.
  3. Add onions, mushrooms, and bean sprouts, soy sauce, chili flakes and salt.
  4. Sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add the eggs to the ingredients in the wok and reduce the heat.
  6. Stir occasionally while the mixture sets.
  7. Garish with spring onions.
  8. Serve immediately with boiled or fried rice.
