Chicken Hong Kong

2 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tsp Wine (optional)
1/2 tbsp Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
1 tsp Red Chilies
6 Spring Onions (chopped)
4 pods Garlic (minced)
4 Dried Red Chilies (pieces)
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken (small chunks)2 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tsp Wine (optional)
1/2 tbsp Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
1 tsp Red Chilies
6 Spring Onions (chopped)
4 pods Garlic (minced)
4 Dried Red Chilies (pieces)
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Wash the chicken.
- Mix soya sauce, MSG, wine, vinegar and salt.
- Marinate for 4 hours.
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Fry red chiliess and garlic till garlic turns brown.
- Add spring onions, red chili powder and chicken pieces. Fry well.
- Add chicken stock and bring to boil.
- Cook till chicken is tender.
- Serve hot with rice and noodles.
