Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken (small chunks)
2 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tsp Wine (optional)
1/2 tbsp Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
1 tsp Red Chilies
6 Spring Onions (chopped)
4 pods Garlic (minced)
4 Dried Red Chilies (pieces)
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Wash the chicken.
  2. Mix soya sauce, MSG, wine, vinegar and salt.
  3. Marinate for 4 hours.
  4. Heat oil in the pan.
  5. Fry red chiliess and garlic till garlic turns brown.
  6. Add spring onions, red chili powder and chicken pieces. Fry well.
  7. Add chicken stock and bring to boil.
  8. Cook till chicken is tender.
  9. Serve hot with rice and noodles.
