Ingredients:
2 Cups Chicken (minced)
2 Onions (minced)
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
2 Egg Whites
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Paste
Packet of Wonton Wrappers
Salt & Pepper to taste
Oil for Frying
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in the wok.
  2. Stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic.
  3. Add chicken to it. Stir-fry on high heat till chicken is cooked.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame paste, salt and pepper.
  5. Let the mixture cool.
  6. Lay out wonton wrapper and place one tablespoon of chicken mixture in the middle of the wrapper.
  7. Dip finger in the water and run it along the edges of the wonton wrapper to wet.
  8. Place another wonton wrapper on the top of the chicken mixture to form a star.
  9. Continue this procedure with the rest of the mixture.
  10. To deep fry, heat oil in the wok.
  11. Fry few wontons at a time till golden brown.
  12. Drain on paper towels.
  13. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
