Hunan Lamb
It is spicy, refreshing and delightful dish for lamb lovers.

2 tsp Ginger (minced)
2 Spring Onions (sliced)
4 Red Chili
4 cloves Garlic
SEASONINGS
2 tsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
SAUCES
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Water
1 tbsp Corn flour

Ingredients:
500gms Lamb (boneless and sliced)2 tsp Ginger (minced)
2 Spring Onions (sliced)
4 Red Chili
4 cloves Garlic

2 tsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
SAUCES
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Water
1 tbsp Corn flour
Directions:
- Mix the seasonings and marinate the lamb for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok and stir fry ginger, garlic, red chilies and spring onions.
- Cook for 1 minute. Remove them from the wok.
- Add oil in the wok. Add lamb with soy sauce and stir fry till until it loses its pink color and is nearly cooked thoroughly.
- Prepare a sauce by mixing corn flour, water, sugar and salt.
- Add sauce to the lamb stirring quickly to thicken.
- Add spring onion mixture back into the wok and mix well.
- Serve hot.
