Ingredients:
500gms Lamb (boneless and sliced)
2 tsp Ginger (minced)
2 Spring Onions (sliced)
4 Red Chili
4 cloves Garlic
SEASONINGS
2 tsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
SAUCES
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Water
1 tbsp Corn flour
Directions:
  1. Mix the seasonings and marinate the lamb for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok and stir fry ginger, garlic, red chilies and spring onions.
  3. Cook for 1 minute. Remove them from the wok.
  4. Add oil in the wok. Add lamb with soy sauce and stir fry till until it loses its pink color and is nearly cooked thoroughly.
  5. Prepare a sauce by mixing corn flour, water, sugar and salt.
  6. Add sauce to the lamb stirring quickly to thicken.
  7. Add spring onion mixture back into the wok and mix well.
  8. Serve hot.
