White Fish Curry
It is a healthy and sumptuous curry.Make it as the main course.

Ingredients:
250gms White Fish
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Spring Onions (chopped)
3-4 cloves Garlic
1” piece Ginger
1 tsp Cumin
½ tsp Fenugreek
1tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Turmeric
2 Tomatoes (diced)
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Lemon
1 stalk Lemon Grass (bruised)
2 Green Chilies
¼ cup Coconut Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
Directions:
  1. Cut fish into chunks and wash with water.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice over it and set aside.
  3. Heat up oil in a pan and sauté fenugreek & cumin.
  4. Add onion, spring onions, green bell pepper, tomatoes, lemongrass, and green chilies & sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add salt, pepper, coriander & turmeric powder to it.
  6. Add coconut milk to it. Bring mixture to a boil.
  7. Add the fish and simmer until the fish is cooked.
  8. Finally add soy & fish sauce.
  9. Serve with rice.
