Ingredients:
For the Paste
2 tbsp Coriander
1 Piece Cinnamon Bark
6 Cloves
1Piece Ginger
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Cardamoms
½ tbsp Black Pepper
1 Green Chili
Main Dish
2 Pieces Chicken
1 tsp Tomato Puree
5-6 Onion Rings
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
  1. Wash the chicken well and rub lemon juice and salt all over it. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Grind all the ingredients into fine paste.
  3. Take water in the pan.
  4. Add the prepared paste and mix well.
  5. Cook the chicken till tender.
  6. Add oil, tomato puree, onion rings and stir well.
  7. Garnish with a dash of lemon juice.
  8. Serve hot with fresh green salad.
