The recipe is a Goan-Style Spicy Fried Chicken.

2 tbsp Coriander
1 Piece Cinnamon Bark
6 Cloves
1Piece Ginger
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Cardamoms
½ tbsp Black Pepper
1 Green Chili
Main Dish
2 Pieces Chicken
1 tsp Tomato Puree
5-6 Onion Rings
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Ingredients:
For the Paste2 tbsp Coriander

2 Pieces Chicken
1 tsp Tomato Puree
5-6 Onion Rings
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
- Wash the chicken well and rub lemon juice and salt all over it. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Grind all the ingredients into fine paste.
- Take water in the pan.
- Add the prepared paste and mix well.
- Cook the chicken till tender.
- Add oil, tomato puree, onion rings and stir well.
- Garnish with a dash of lemon juice.
- Serve hot with fresh green salad.
