Chicken Do Pyaza
Boneless chicken pieces cooked with sauteed onions.

Ingredients:
1 kg Boneless Chicken
2 Onion (1 finely chopped & 1 cut into large, broad pieces)
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Kastoro Methi
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2½ tbsp Garlic and Ginger Paste
2 Tomatoes (blanced and pureed)
1 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
3 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Mint Leaves
1 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped)
Salt to taste
GARAM MASALA
1 tbsp Green Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Mace Powder
1 tbsp Clove Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
Directions:
  1. Marinate the chicken with garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and red chilli powder.
  2. Heat oil in the pan and saute ginger and garlic paste till it turns brown.
  3. Add chopped onions and cook till goden brown.
  4. Add tomato puree and salt.
  5. Take yogurt in the bowl and add turmeric and re chilli powder and mix well.
  6. Add the mixture to the tomato puree and cook for sometime.
  7. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, marinated chicken, cut onions, water and garam masala.
  8. For garnish , heat cream, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and kastoori methi.
  9. Add to the chicken.
  10. Serve hot with rice or roti.
