Prawn Coconut Curry

1 cup Tamarind Paste
4 Red Chilies
6-7 Black Peppercorns
2 tsp Garlic Paste
2 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
4 tbsp Refined Oil
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Green Chilies (chopped)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Cocpnut Milk
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Ingredients:
8 medium sized Prawns1 cup Tamarind Paste
4 Red Chilies
6-7 Black Peppercorns

Directions:
- Deshell and devein the prawns.
- Marinate the prawns with a mixture of ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilies, salt and lemon juice.
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and saute.
