Prawn Curry
Prawn is very popular seafood.It contain high level of vitamins.
8 flakes Garlic (crushed)
5 gm Cumin Powder
25 gm Peanuts (roasted)
4 Green Chilies
100gms Tamarind
salt to taste
Ingredients:
½ kg Large Prawns (peeled and cleaned)8 flakes Garlic (crushed)
5 gm Cumin Powder
25 gm Peanuts (roasted)
4 Green Chilies
100gms Tamarind
salt to taste
Directions:
- Soak tamarind in water and strain it.
- Grind peanuts.
- Heat oil; fry garlic till dark brown.
- Add cumin powder, green chilies, peanut, salt and tamarind water. Fry for sometime.
- Add prawns. Fry till they curl.
- Add 2 cups of water amd cook till the curry is thick.
