Egg and Bacon Frittata
The Italian way with omelets.

Ingredients:
5 Bacon Slices
5 Eggs
1 cup Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp Butter
½ cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Directions:
  1. Saute bacon and green bell pepper until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, beat egg with milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in bacon and bell pepper.
  4. In a pie dish melt butter and add the egg mixture.
  5. Cover and cook the mixture on low heat until egg mixture is set.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over it and let it stand for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Cut into wedges.
  8. Serve hot.
