Egg and Bacon Frittata
The Italian way with omelets.

5 Eggs
1 cup Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp Butter
½ cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Ingredients:

½ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Directions:
- Saute bacon and green bell pepper until crispy.
- In a bowl, beat egg with milk, salt and pepper.
- Stir in bacon and bell pepper.
- In a pie dish melt butter and add the egg mixture.
- Cover and cook the mixture on low heat until egg mixture is set.
- Sprinkle cheese over it and let it stand for 3-4 minutes.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve hot.
