Ingredients:
500 gms Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless and cut into strips)
2 cups Chicken Stock
2 cups Refried Beans
½ cup Spring or Green Onions (sliced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
½ cup Black Olives (sliced)
1 cup Lettuce (shredded)
1/4 cup Salsa
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in the skillet. Add chicken, garlic and spring onion and stir them for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add chicken stock and the seasonings.
  3. Boil it until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add olives and cheese. Mix well.
  6. Spread 2 tbsp of mixture on the tortilla along with salsa and lettuce. Fold into burritos
  7. Serve immediately as burritos tend to become soggy very soon.
