Dill Lemon Chicken Pasta Salad
It is a light-tasting and refreshing summer dish.

Ingredients:
500gms Chicken Breast (cooked and cut into cubes)
2 cup Penne Pasta (boiled)
1 tbsp Celery (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Dried Dill
1 cup Spring Onion (chopped)
1 cup Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
½ cup Sour Cream
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, toss chicken, pasta, spring onion, bell pepper and celery together.
  2. For dressing, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed and sour cream together. Beat thoroughly and add salt.
  3. Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and toss them well.
  4. Serve chilled.
