Ingredients:
2 cups Chicken Breast (roasted and shredded)
2 cups Lettuce (chopped)
1 Cucumber (chopped)
1 Apple (sliced)
1 Pear (sliced)
1 Kiwifruit (sliced)
1 tbsp Celery (chopped)
2 tbsp Yogurt
1 tbsp Wine Vinegar
1 clove Garlic (crushed)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Place the lettuce on a large dinner plate.
  2. Combine cucumber, apple, pear, kiwi and celery in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Lay the above mixture on the lettuce and in the center put the chicken.
  4. For dressing, combine yogurt, vinegar, garlic and seasonings in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle dressing over the mixture.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
