Ingredients:
750g Tuna (cut into 4 equal steaks)
4 Cucumbers (chopped)
2 cups Corns (boiled)
4 Eggs (boiled and sliced)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 clove Garlic (minced)
1/3 cup Sour Cream
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Place tuna steaks in a dish and brush with olive oil on both sides.
  2. Heat a grill or nonstick frying pan over high heat. Add tuna and cook.
  3. For dressing, combine lemon juice, extra 2 tablespoons oil, garlic and sour cream in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Season it with salt and black pepper.
  4. Toss together corn, cucumber, egg and tuna along with the dressing.
  5. Serve cold.
