Ingredients:
1 bowl Pasta
1 tbsp Olive Oil
A pinch of Salt
FOR THE SAUCE
2-3 Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2-3 Asparagus Spears
FOR GARNISH
2 Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped)
2-3 Chicken Pieces (cut into stripes)
2 tbsp Cheese (grated)
Directions:
  1. In a pan, add pasta to boiling water. Add olive oil to make sure that the pasta doesn’t stick together.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and cook.
  3. Drain the pasta and keep aside.
  4. In a blender, add boiled potatoes, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, asparagus spear and blend till smooth.
  5. Add the sauce on the pasta and mix well.
  6. Place the pasta on the serving plate and garnish with eggs, chicken strips and cheese.
