Ingredients:
2 Carrots (chopped)
1 cup Green Peas (shelled)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilies (crushed)
A few Mint Leaves (chopped)
Lemon Juice to taste
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Blanch the carrots and peas for about 5 minutes. Keep aside.
  2. Add the onions, chilies, mint leaves, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander.
  5. Serve cold.
