Cheese and Mushroom Salad
The salad is healthy and nutritive, to help you feel more revitalized and energized.

Ingredients:
¼ cup Cottage Cheese
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
2-cup Mushrooms (sliced and boiled)
1 Green and Yellow Bell Pepper each
1 Green Onion (chopped)
2 tsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
2 tsp Fresh Chives (chopped)
Dressing
2tbsp Lemons Juice
3/4 cup olive oil
1 Red Onion
2 Fresh Green Chilies
1 Bunch Cilantro
2 cloves Garlic
1 Bunch Parsley
Directions:
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Take the salad bowl.
  3. Place the lettuce leaves in the salad bowl.
  4. Top with tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, bell peppers and cottage cheese.
  5. Sprinkle parsley and chives.
  6. Drizzle with green dressing salad.
