Ingredients:
4 cups Purple cabbage (finely slved)
2 Cucumber (finely sliced)
1 Onion (sliced)
2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
1/3 cup Low-fat Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Mint & Corriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. In a salad bowl, mix together cucumber, cabbage and onions.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise, sesame seeds,salt and ground pepper. Mix well
  3. Add this to cucumber and cabbage mixture.
  4. Garnish with mint and corriander leaves.
  5. Serve immediaely.
