Potato and Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients:
4 Potatoes (boiled and cubed)
2 cup Kidney Beans (boiled)
2 Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chilies (crushed)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onions and chilies together.
  2. Stir in the potato cubes and kidney beans along with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Garnish with coriander and parsley leaves.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
