Sprouted Green Gram Salad
A salad full of nutrients.

Ingredients:
2 cup Sprouted Green Gram
4 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
2 cups Tomato (chopped)
2 cups Cucumber (chopped)
2 big Lettuce Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Peanuts (roasted)
Juice of 2 Lemons
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the roasted peanuts.
  2. Mix in the roasted peanuts just before serving.
  3. Serve cold.
