Ingredients:
½ cup Cottage Cheese (cubed)
1 small Fresh Pineapple (cubed)
3 Bananas (sliced)
1 cup Mango Chunks
1 cup Papaya (diced)
1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
4 sprigs Fresh Mint
½ cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Honey
Directions:
  1. Cut the pineapple into halves lengthwise and scoop the cubes of pineapple from them.
  2. Refrigerate empty shell of pineapple to chill.
  3. Toss cubed pineapple with cottage cheese, banana, mango and papaya and chill.
  4. Whisk yogurt and honey together.
  5. Pour this mixture into the pineapple shell.
  6. Top it with the fruits.
  7. Cover with strawberry slices and sprig of mint.
