Chicken Manchow Soup
A fabulous Chinese soup that is easy to make and quite filling.

4 cups Chicken Stock
1tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1tsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Carrot (grated)
2 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Mushrooms (finely chopped)
2 Spring Onions (finely chopped)
1 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Corn flour
Salt to taste

Ingredients:
1 cup Chicken (steamed and shredded)4 cups Chicken Stock
1tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1tsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Carrot (grated)
2 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Mushrooms (finely chopped)
2 Spring Onions (finely chopped)
1 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Corn flour
Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a pan fry ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and green chilies for 2 minutes.
- All carrot, capsicum and mushrooms and some salt . Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken to vegetable mixture. Mix well.
- Add chicken stock. Boil it for sometime.
- Add cornflour. Stir it constantly till it thickens.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve hot.
