How to Separate Egg Whites
Directions:
- Crack the egg on the edge of the bowl.
- Keeping the egg upright carefully open the shell into two halves, with the yolk in the bottom half shell.
- Gently pour and drop the egg yolk from one half of the broken shell into the other, letting the egg white fall into the bowl underneath.
- The yolk should be kept intact in the shell halves.
