How to Separate Egg Whites
Directions:
  1. Crack the egg on the edge of the bowl.
  2. Keeping the egg upright carefully open the shell into two halves, with the yolk in the bottom half shell.
  3. Gently pour and drop the egg yolk from one half of the broken shell into the other, letting the egg white fall into the bowl underneath.
  4. The yolk should be kept intact in the shell halves.
