The Secret To Get The Rice To Fluff Up
Directions:
  1. Use long grain white rice.
  2. The liquid used should be HOT when added.
  3. Use twice as much liquid as rice –In 1-cup rice add 2 cups chicken broth or water.
  4. Bring the rice to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low.
  5. Once the pot is covered and the flame simmered, DON'T TOUCH the rice, DON'T LIFT the lid.
  6. After 20 minutes turn the burner off but don’t touch it for at least another 5 - 10 minutes before removing the lid.
