Baby Corn in Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
12 Baby Corns
2 medium Capsicum
1 cup Spring Onions
3 Green chili (minced)
8 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 cup Tomato pulp
˝ tsp Corn flour
1 tsp Soya Sauce
˝ tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Split the baby corns into two pieces and slice capsicum and spring onions finely.
  2. Put the oil in the pan and heat it.
  3. Add spring onion and green chili to it and fry until golden brown.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, red chili powder and black pepper to it.
  5. Add baby corns and capsicum and mix well.
  6. Add tomato pulp, corn flour (mixed in water), vinegar, Soya sauce and salt.
  7. Cover and cook until bubbling hot.
  8. Serve hot.
