Baby Corn in Chili Garlic Sauce

2 medium Capsicum
1 cup Spring Onions
3 Green chili (minced)
8 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 cup Tomato pulp
˝ tsp Corn flour
1 tsp Soya Sauce
˝ tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste

Ingredients:
12 Baby Corns 2 medium Capsicum
1 cup Spring Onions
3 Green chili (minced)
8 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 cup Tomato pulp
˝ tsp Corn flour
1 tsp Soya Sauce
˝ tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Split the baby corns into two pieces and slice capsicum and spring onions finely.
- Put the oil in the pan and heat it.
- Add spring onion and green chili to it and fry until golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, red chili powder and black pepper to it.
- Add baby corns and capsicum and mix well.
- Add tomato pulp, corn flour (mixed in water), vinegar, Soya sauce and salt.
- Cover and cook until bubbling hot.
- Serve hot.
