Peppered Green Beans

1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Spring Onion (chopped)
4-6 Dried Chilies
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper (freshly grounded)
½ tsp Brown Sugar
Salt if desired
Ingredients:
500gms Green Beans (chopped into 2 inch pieces)1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Spring Onion (chopped)
4-6 Dried Chilies
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper (freshly grounded)
½ tsp Brown Sugar
Salt if desired
Directions:
- Heat the oil in the wok and add the green beans to it.
- Stir-fry for 7 - 10 minutes, until they turn brown and the green beans are tender. Remove the beans from the wok.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in the wok and add the garlic, ginger and onion.
- Stir-fry for a few seconds.
- Add the dried chilies and sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the beans and Soya sauce. Stir-fry for few more seconds.
- Add black pepper and salt if desired.
