Ingredients:
12 cubes Cottage Cheese (diced)
12 pieces Onion (cubed)
12 Mushrooms
12 cubes Red Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
PEANUT SAUCE
½ cup Roasted Peanut Powder
1 tbsp Onion (chopped)
3 clove Garlic (minced)
½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp butter
2 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Jaggery
Salt to taste
¼ cup Water
Directions:
  1. Boil water and keep mushrooms and bell pepper in it for 4-5 minutes. Remove and keep aside.
  2. Mix lemon juice, curry powder, oil and salt in a bowl and put cottage cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper and onion in it. Mix well and marinate for 10- 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated ingredients alternatively on 6 wooden skewers.
  4. Grill or barbecue them.
  5. FOR THE PEANUT SAUCE
  6. In a pan, sauté onion, garlic and butter.
  7. Add peanut powder, chili powder and water to it. Cook for a minute.
  8. Add jiggery, lemon juice and salt to it. Cook for 2 minutes.
