Ingredients:
100g Fresh Baby Corn cut in half
Handful of Snow Peas
5 Spring Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 Ginger (small piece)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
150 g Tofu
Directions:
  1. Cut the spring onions into short lengths.
  2. Steam baby corn for a few minutes until cooked.
  3. Grind garlic and ginger to paste.
  4. Heat a wok until very hot, add olive oil and ginger and garlic paste. Stir it for sometime.
  5. Add spring onions and snow peas. Cook for a minute.
  6. Add the baby corn, the soya sauce and chilli sauce.
  7. When the vegetables are cooked, toss in the tofu in them and stir for a while.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
