˝ cup Carrot (chopped)
˝ cup Peas (chopped)
˝ cup Cauliflower (chopped)
˝ cup Potato (chopped)
˝ cup Mushroom (chopped)
˝ cup Coriander (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 inch Ginger (sliced)
2 Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
˝ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste.

500gms Curd˝ cup Carrot (chopped)
˝ cup Peas (chopped)
˝ cup Cauliflower (chopped)
˝ cup Potato (chopped)
˝ cup Mushroom (chopped)

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste.
Directions:
- Blend together the curd and ginger to a smooth paste.
- Add lemon juice, coriander leaves, black pepper, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cinnamon powder, salt and blend it again.
- Heat the oil in the pan. Sauté garlic and onion.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry them for 8-10 minutes.
- Add the blended mixture and stir at regular intervals till the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with boiled rice or roti.
