Ingredients:
For the Dough
100-150gms Besan or Gram Flour
1 tsp Chilly Powder
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Salt, Turmeric Powder to taste
2 tsp Corriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
50 gms Curd
2 tbsp Oil
For Gravy
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
50gms Onion Paste
4 Whole Red Chillies
100 gms Tomato Puree
50 gms Ginger & Gatlic Paste
2 tbsp Curd
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powdwer & Amchur Powder
Salt and Turmeric Powder to taste
Directions:
  1. Make the dough by mixing all the ingredients using curd.
  2. Roll Them Into Thick Cylinders And Cut Them Into 1’’ Sizes.
  3. Boil in water for half an hour.
  4. Now fry them.
  5. Heat oil and add cumin seeds and whole red chillies. Let them splutter.
  6. Add onion and ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder.Stir them till oil separates.
  7. Add curd and cook for sometime.
  8. Add amchur powder and make gravy using the water used for boiling gattas.
  9. Add gattas in the gravy. Sprinklie with corriander leaves.
