Ingredients:
1 bunch Spinach
500gms Paneer or Cottage Cheese
4-5 Cinnamon
4-5 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Paparika or Deghi Mirch Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Black and Green Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil
Directions:
  1. Wash and boil spinach in salt water and allow it to cool by adding cold water. Squeeze out the excess water and cut it coarsely.
  2. Dice paneer into rectangular pieces and fry them till golden brown. Soak them in water so that turn soft.
  3. Heat oil in the pan,add cinnamon sticks, garlic, chopped spinach, turmeric powder and paprika.
  4. Saute and add salt, cumin seeds, ginger powder, black and green cardamom powderand black pepper powder.
  5. Drain the water from the soaked paneer and add to the spinach.
  6. Saute for sometime and serve hot.
