Crispy cauliflower tossed in tangy garlic.

6 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper
˝ tsp Red Pepper
˝ tsp Grounded Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Directions:
- Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet.
- Fry cauliflower. Place them onto a plate lined with kitchen paper so that the excess oil is absorbed away.
- In another pan, heat oil. Sauté garlic till it brown.
- In another pan, heat oil. Sauté garlic till it brown.
- Cook till cauliflower is tender.
- Serve hot.
