Lasuni Gobi (Cauliflower Florets with Garlic)
Crispy cauliflower tossed in tangy garlic.

Ingredients:
1 Large Cauliflower (separated into florets)
6 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper
˝ tsp Red Pepper
˝ tsp Grounded Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet.
  2. Fry cauliflower. Place them onto a plate lined with kitchen paper so that the excess oil is absorbed away.
  3. In another pan, heat oil. Sauté garlic till it brown.
  4. In another pan, heat oil. Sauté garlic till it brown.
  5. Cook till cauliflower is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
