Red Hot Potatoes

2 Onions (finely chopped)
4-5 Red Chilies
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Ingredients:
4 Potatoes (boiled and cut into cubes)2 Onions (finely chopped)
4-5 Red Chilies
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Soak red chilies in about 1/4 Cup of hot water for half hour.
- Grind together soaked red chilies and tamarind into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in the bowl and season with cumin.
- Sauté onions till light brown.
- Add red chili mix and tomatoes and cook for about 4-5 minutes till the oil leaves the side of the bowl.
- Add potatoes cubes and salt. Add a cup of water and cook for about 8-10 minutes stirring well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
