Ingredients:
4 Potatoes (boiled and cut into cubes)
2 Onions (finely chopped)
4-5 Red Chilies
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Soak red chilies in about 1/4 Cup of hot water for half hour.
  2. Grind together soaked red chilies and tamarind into a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in the bowl and season with cumin.
  4. Sauté onions till light brown.
  5. Add red chili mix and tomatoes and cook for about 4-5 minutes till the oil leaves the side of the bowl.
  6. Add potatoes cubes and salt. Add a cup of water and cook for about 8-10 minutes stirring well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
