Italian Vegetable Kabobs
The kabobs can be brushed with differents sauces to taste differently like honey-mustard sauce,fresh dill and lemon juice dressing,olive oil & red wine vinegar seasoned with garlic, paprika, & ground red pepper etc

Ingredients:
4 Small Potatoes (halved)
2 Green Pepper(quartered)
2 Red Pepper(quartered)
2 Onions (quartered)
6-7 Mushrooms
1 Tomato (cut in wedges)
½ cup Italian Salad Dressing
Directions:
  1. Thread all vegetables onto four 12-14-inch metal skewers.
  2. Brush vegetables with salad dressing.
  3. Place kabobs on grill over medium heat.
  4. Cover grill and cook until vegetables are browned and tender, brushing with salad dressing and turning occasionally.
  5. Serve hot.
