Mushroom Cheese Ravioli

2 Onions (choppeed)
1 tbsp Thyme (chopped)
1 tbsp Chives (chopped)
2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
1 cup Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil
16 Wanton Wrappers
Ingredients:
1 cup Mushrooms (chopped)2 Onions (choppeed)
1 tbsp Thyme (chopped)
1 tbsp Chives (chopped)
2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
1 cup Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil
16 Wanton Wrappers
Directions:
- Heat the olive oil in the pan and saute onions till brown.
- Add mushroom, thyme, chives and garlic to the pan and cook till the water from mushrooms evaporates.
- Add cheese to the mushroom mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water.
- Place the cheese and mushroom mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Place another wrapper over the filling and press edges together to seal it.
- Wrap it in plastic bag.
- Boil salted water in the pan.
- Add ravioli one at a time and cook until they float on the top.
- Serve with sauce.
