Vegetable Macaroni in Tomato Sauce
Using tomato sauce reduces the use of oil and salt in the preparation.

250gms Broccoli
½ cup Carrot
1 cup Corns
200gms Peas
1tsp Garlic Paste
½ cup Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
½ cup Water
¼ tsp Ground White Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Worchester sauce
¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Salt to taste

Ingredients:

Salt to taste
Directions:
- Boil water in the pot and cook macaroni for 5 minutes in it. Drain it.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions, garlic paste and green chilly.
- Add broccoli, carrot, corn and green peas and fry for few minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and stir well.
- Add cooked macaroni to this and mix well.
- Add tomato and Worchester sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese and serve hot.
